At FotonCandle, we want you to love your pearled candle experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused pearled wax and wicks in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
